Dr. Mike Hibbard, Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and Human Resources, guides Kindergarten students at Pequenakonck Elementary School in a hands-on science lesson on sharks.  The students closely observe the external parts of a spiny dogfish shark to learn how the structure of these parts helps the shark live in its ocean environment.
