Fall 2013 Athletic Start Dates

The fall 2013 North Salem varsity and JV athletic team try-out’s/practices will begin on Monday, August 19th. Athletes are expected to report to practice on the first day. The start date is three weeks prior to the first day of school. Therefore, to accommodate family vacations, athletes must report to practice no later than Friday, August 23rd, to be eligible to try out and participate on the team. If vacations are scheduled for the second or third week of the pre-season, an athlete may not miss more than four practices to be eligible for participation on their respective team.

New Parking Policy For Tompkins Field:

In an effort to improve student safety, no parking or standing will be in effect for Tompkins Field and both lanes of the main entrance to the middle/high school. All vehicles must be parked in the upper parking lots. Pick up from all practices or games at Tompkins Field will take place at the upper parking lots. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
