  • Bid Solicitation and Request for Proposal Instructions:

    • Please reference bid (RFP) instructions included at the beginning of each bid or RFP specification.
    • If you are unable to access the online bid (RFP) and require a hard copy, contact the North Salem Central School District, Business Office, 230 June Road, North Salem, NY 10560  914-669-5414 x. 1013
    • In order to ensure the bid (RFP) is placed at the proper bid (RFP) opening, a hard copy of the bid (RFP) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with Bid (RFP) #,  Bid (RFP) Title, and the Bid (RFP) Date Opening no later than the required bid (RFP) date and bid (RFP) time.
    • Bids (RFP)'s will be accepted until the time and date listed at the North Salem Central School District, Business Office, 230 June Road, North Salem, NY 10560  Attn: Barbara Briganti Purchasing Agent/Asst. Superintendent for Business Administration.
    • Bids (RFP)'s cannot be accepted via Fax or Email.
    • If there is a school closing the day of the bid (RFP) opening due to inclement weather or an emergency, the bid (RFP) opening will be on the next business day at the same time.
