Meet the Director of Instruction & Human Resources

Dr. Julio Vazquez

Dr. Vazquez is the Director of Instruction and Human Resources.  He has worked in the North Salem Central School District since 2015.  He has been an educator and administrator in New York State for 23 years.  He obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and his graduate degree in General, Special and Bilingual Education from Bank Street College of Education in New York City.  He graduated from SUNY New Paltz with an advanced degree in school and district administration and has earned his doctoral degree in Instructional Leadership at Western Connecticut State University. He believes in collaborating with and supporting all students, teachers, administrators, support staff and families. His passion is providing an exceptional learning experience for all students that will empower them to become proficient problem solvers.
