The Annual Regional College and Career Fair will be held at PNW BOCES on Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 from 8:00 am - 10:15 am for all interested 10th and 11th graders. Last year, over 300 colleges were in attendance with business and industry representatives from a wide variety of career areas, providing information to all students. We are asking all high school 10th and 11th grade students who are interested to please print out and return the attached permission slip to Mrs. Lash in the high school guidance office by Friday, April 26th to ensure we have the appropriate amount of buses. There is no cost for attendance and students will be bused to BOCES after they arrive to school in the morning.
Junior interviews, the process where students and their parents, meet individually with their school counselors to discuss post-secondary plans, generally takes place during the spring semester of junior year. Please call the Counseling Office (x2021) to make an appointment. Please encourage your Junior to continue to work on their autobiographical summary.
It’s time to start thinking about signing up the SATs and/or ACTs. Please visit the Counseling webpage for test dates and registration info.
Please stop by the Counseling Office to let us know all of your college decisions.
If you are interested in spending a week or two on a college campus this summer to learn about something that interests you, check out the list of summer programs on our website.
